Hyatt Regency Miami

Our experience staying here was amazing we are beyond thankful to the great staff who works here who we're totally helpul to our accommodation needs, our rooms were spotless and service crew here are the top of the line! I had an excellent experience with the valet service thanks to this outstanding attendant, his name is Aaron; very professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. Our car was handled with care, and the service was quick and seamless from start to finish. Truly top-notch customer service, we couldn’t be more impressed. We'll be back soon!

Nice hotel, check in online easy. The driveway is on a major slope if you walk anywhere. We booked this for a night between cruises because the website said they had laundry but they do NOT. We had to walk a couple blocks to get to the Marriott to do laundry. (it was across the street but you have to walk around to the other side of the building) Apparently Marriott is nice enough to let Hyatt customers use their laundry. This is a big enough hotel to have a laundry room! We tried to take a lil tour and the doors to the pool were locked up at 8pm! Why so early? We had dinner in the restaurant & typical VERY expensive. I ordered a chicken BLT… the chicken was VERY dry. My husband got calamari… it was very good. The waitress was sweet but never came to check on us once we got our food. I had to go get the bill & ask for another glass of water… then they add a 20% gratuity! Well no wonder she didn’t bother to check on us.

Had a really good stay overall. The location where the hotel is at is a plus since it was easy to get around downtown and near the waterfront. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was also a nice bonus with a good variety. Some parts of the room and interior felt a little dated, but everything was still well maintained and convenient.

Even with the hotel busy hosting a major event, our vehicle was always handled efficiently and with care, which made the long stay smooth and stress free. From arrival to departure, the valet process was smooth, efficient, and well organized, with my vehicle always brought around promptly when requested. The team consistently greeted me warmly, helped with bags, and ensured I never felt rushed, which made the busy downtown location feel convenient rather than stressful. The entire valet staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism, communicating clearly about timing, handling my vehicle with care, and maintaining a friendly, respectful attitude always. Several individuals stood out for going above and beyond: Harry, Favio, Andres, and Aaron each provided exceptional service, from remembering my car and timing preferences to greeting me by name and checking that I had everything I needed before driving off. Their positive attitude and consistency turned a standard hotel amenity into a memorable part of my experience, and they are a major reason I would gladly choose Hyatt Regency Miami again.

This hotel is dated and in need of a huge makeover. The rooms are large (we stayed in the Miami and Panorama suites) but age does show on the walls, carpets and bathroom fixtures. Overall, despite the age, I believe they do a great job or maintaining a good standard of cleanliness and function. The service is surprisingly good - from Jaime who checked us in to the housekeeping staff and a huge shout out to the manager of the lobby restaurant (River view)as well. Location is nice by the river and close to Brickell restaurants. Next time I would perhaps choose the intercontinental that's a couple of blocks away but more modern and with open bay views (if that's a priority).

Great location near the waterfront and downtown, which makes it convenient for both sightseeing and business plans. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is a nice bonus for a comfortable stay. Some rooms feel a bit dated, but overall Hyatt Regency Miami is a reliable hotel option.

Beautiful hotel, great location, friendly staff! I would stay here again. Nice Riverwalk located behind the hotel and close to the FREE people mover. Not far from the port if you're cruising. BOOK IT!

The rooms need updating especially the bathrooms. Delicious food and good service in the restaurant. Nice pool and relaxing area. Great place to be in the Brickell area due to easy walking distance and transit system within walking distance. Unfortunately, really close to a homeless area and would not recommend being out past dark in this area.
